He has held significant roles in various capacities, including HOA Coordinator and Land Acquisitionist for D.R. Horton's SCF region, Director of Land Acquisitions at Birdsong Housing Partners, Agent/Broker specializing in sourcing land deals for Titan Land Company LLC, and LCAM at Titan Property Management.

Notably, during his tenure with D.R. Horton, Sanchez successfully negotiated nearly forty-five contracts totaling over 100 million dollars. He played a pivotal role in orchestrating a substantial bulk lot purchase deal between the Cassidy Group and DR Horton. In addition to these achievements, Sanchez authored over 200 million dollars' worth of LOIs, further strengthening his relationships in the Central Florida Market.
