Shaman Foradi

Co-Founder

Shaman Foradi, a Co-Founder of Luxer Development, has played a pivotal role as a Managing Partner and Founder in numerous land acquisition firms throughout his distinguished career.

In the late 1970s, he co-founded ANS Construction, a firm based in Boston, Massachusetts. In the mid-1980s to the 1990s, his entrepreneurial journey led him to co-found ALD Group and America Land Developers in Northern Virginia. Transitioning to Central Florida, Shaman became a Co-Founder of Elevation Development and served as a Principal and an active Managing Partner from 2012 to 2021. He remains a partner in select ongoing Elevation Development projects.

Shaman's career began in hands-on construction projects in Newton, MA, and surrounding Boston suburbs. These projects focused on revitalizing and modernizing historic brownstone buildings, converting them into updated, attractive Multi-Family projects while preserving their historical charm.

Upon relocating to Northern Virginia, Foradi shifted his focus to entitlement, design, and the development of residential and commercial projects. He established a robust network of homebuilder partners, contributing to the development of numerous communities in the McLean and Fairfax market, among others.

In 2004, Shaman transitioned to Central Florida, further expanding his expertise and making significant contributions to developments in the Orlando submarket.

Shaman is known for his affable yet professional demeanor, which has facilitated successful negotiations with property owners for the acquisition of hundreds of acres suitable for development. He has also cultivated enduring relationships with governmental agencies, effectively navigating the intricacies of obtaining the requisite entitlements for projects. Shaman's vast experience and interpersonal skills have made him a key figure in the field of land acquisition and development.
